Arrival from Germany : Starting from Munich you can choose of 2 routes for arriving in the Gailtal: 1.
You take the highway passing Salzburg to Spittal/Millstättersee in Carinzia. Then on the B100 direction Lienz/Osttirol till Oberdrauburg. There you pass the Gailberg and you'll arrive in Kötschach-Mauthen 2.
From Munich the highway to Kufstein - Kitzbühel. Passing Mittersill and Felbertauern you come to Lienz/Osttirol. Go ahead to Oberdrauburg and Gailberg till you arrive in Kötschach-Mauthen
It's one of the most beautiful crossings of the alps!
